When will I receive my order?
I begin to pack out orders every Thursday! Once shipped, domestic deliveries will take between 4-7 business days.
If there's any changes to the timeframe when shipping orders out (example: weather affecting postal delays or suspensions of mail delivery) I will make a post on social media and email the orders that are affected.
Everything is being shipped from the US, so please allow 2-6 weeks for international orders. If you still haven't received your order by then, feel free to contact me!
International orders: There may be additonal fees when it arrives to you. You can check your country's policy about custom fees. These are not covered by the cost of your order, so please be aware of this before making your purchase!
How are these orders shipped?
I use bubble mailers and a carboard sheet for backing (when necessary). If your order doesn't include pins or charms, then it will be delivered in a cardboard envelope.
Which mail service is being used for tracking?
I'm using USPS for shipping and tracking!
Orders with just stickers don't come with any tracking (envelopes via USPS don't include it).
Important: Your order must have the name of someone who lives in that address. USPS sometimes sends back a package if the name does not match with someone living in the residence.
Please avoid using a dorm address if possible, as it can result in lost/returned orders.
It is the customer's responsibility to input the correct address. If changes need to be made, contact me immediately within 24 hours. I cannot change it once it's been dispatched!
Orders cannot be shipped to certain destinations!
If this happens, you will receive a full refund. You can check the USPS International Service Alerts for more information.
